Each Nora’s Knotique piece is handcrafted with care and thoughtfully packaged for its journey to you. Because every order is unique, just like our bags, we would like to offer FREE SHIPPING at this time.
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Every bag comes with an exclusive Nora's Knotique duster bag to keep your item protected when stored or traveling.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking notification once your Knotique creation is on its way. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier service.
Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are managed by the carrier and may be affected by weather or regional delays. We take great care to ensure your handcrafted bag arrives in perfect condition.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Nora’s Knotique, every bag is a work of art, hand-knotted, handcrafted, and entirely unique. Because each piece is made by hand and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
That said, we want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship concern, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at norasknotique@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.
