CUSTOMER CARE

At Nora’s Knotique, every handbag is handmade with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Each piece is crafted in small quantities, and many designs are one-of-one, meaning they are made once and never recreated. Because our items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, knotting, and finishing may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes each Nora’s Knotique handbag unique.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. During busy seasons, holidays, launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the email address provided at checkout.

 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Nora’s Knotique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

SHIPPING

Nora’s Knotique currently ships within the United States only.

 

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders at this time.

 

Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control. Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for final delivery.

 

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because Nora’s Knotique handbags are handmade, limited, and often one-of-one, we do not accept standard returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, colors, and details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a handbag before ordering, we are happy to help.

If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a craftsmanship concern, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your request, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or another solution when appropriate.

To be eligible for review, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
